Hi there, Welcome to Anxiety Creations. I make custom signs and sell them.
I also would like to teach people on how to start their own art journal or walls hangings or really anything that is creative.
No i am not a extremely skilled artist and neither do you have to be all you need is that have a creative thought and a piece of paper and you away.
Your probably wondering why Anxiety Creations? well here is a little bit about me.
My name is Kerrie and i have a wonderful husband (married for ten years this year 2018) and a beautiful 11 year old daughter. All my life i have suffered from chronic depression and anxiety and a few other mental issues. Just before my daughter was born i was exposed to scrap booking and i did that for a long time, in the first 6 months of my daughters life i filled a very large scrapbook with lots of photos of her haha. Then i found colouring in for adults, this helped with my anxiety and depression it was a way to escape my head. It was only last year (2017) i found this wonderful thing called Art Journaling,
I find for me, Art Journaling is a way to have no rules, you have a blank piece of paper and you can make anything you want. you can make it more into a journal then add picture, and if a blank page worries you then you can also use a old book and make that into your journal.
When i first started, i did alot of research and was overwhelmed with the cost of products, and i thought there has to be a way of getting my moneys worth. Don't get me wrong i have bought some expensive things (much to my husband disapproval haha). For example; Tombow Brush Pens
Click this link to go to the Tombow USA website
WOW i love my Tombow Brush Pens, they are water based marker. Yes they are costly but not to bad. I live in Australia and i can get one marker for $5.95 or i can get a pack of 10 for around the $30 mark.
I also make my own alcohol sprays, i will post a video later to show how its done. i also make ones made from water paints as well.
I make heaps of diffrent things, i like seeing something and asking myself how do they make that? haha i will post a few pictures of things i have made on my Pinterest page, Link below.
So i have held your attention for a while now, stay tuned and i will post another soon. Thanks for reading and remember, Stay Creative <3
